Finally starting therapy this week

And by finally, I mean, I am 52 years old, and should have done this decades ago.   LOL. I am seeing a therapist I was supposed to see 2 years ago, but chickened out that time.  I even signed up and did all the intake paperwork and then canceled my appointment.      Determined not to do that this time!  Wish me luck!

I actually think I have found a wonderful therapist!  I have seen her twice now, and she has so much insight and does not dismiss anything I say..  I can't tell you how many therapists I tried in the past who sent me running after the first session!  I think this is actually going to be great!
