Hello everyone,

I found this forum while looking searching if there is a name for what I've been dealing with, in my current relationship.

I (46F) have been trying to get out of my current relationship. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions. Some days I feel like I'm going crazy. I don't know what to do anymore and I'm struggling to find a way out.

It's comforting to know I'm not the only one and that I'm not as crazy as I feel.
