I've found Lindsay's Instagram account
the_control_code to be super helpful, bc she's not handling feelings, soft phrasing, or holding her punches...she's just spitting, talking and sometimes raging out exactly what happens in abusive relationships, the courts, and communities.

I just finished listening to
Why the abuser sounds like the "sane" one, where she lists important facts.

She also references The Documentation Guide, listed in her bio, which I intend to find today.

People intending to divorce abusers NEED this information, preferably before filing, IME.

Maybe we can list The Documentation Guide as a reference on this forum.
