The post about Mommy Dearest made me think of the book by Shirley Maclaine's daughter, Sachi Parker.  Read it if you haven't. Outrageous!

I haven't read the Book by Sachi Called "Lucky Me", but did read lots of press and interviews earlier this year when Sachi released it.

I believe Sachi after having been raised in a toxic dysfunctional NM home too. I'm sure Sachi found writing it cathartic, for coming clean about the dirty family secrets can be very therapeutic and healing. Some of the offspring of stars that have come out of the closet to discuss their toxic moms, just proves that money can't buy you happiness. And that toxic parents can be found in all socioeconomic classes.
