Talking to Crazy

I came across this book by Goulston and downloaded it from the library.
I mostly skimmed some parts of it today. The most interesting part is that he has a section specifically about dealing with pwpd and he says do NOT use his methods in that case. He says do NOT try to talk to pwpd without the support of a therapist.
