This book really helped me through a very difficult court battle with my uNPD ex husband. Tina Swithin is American and therefore the legal aspects of the book, about what she had to do going to court etc were obviously about the American system and I'm not from the USA. However, it didn't really matter. The stresses she went through, the tips she gives apply to anyone going through a horrible divorce to an abusive ex with narcissistic characteristics. Sharing her journey, meant I could relate to my own marriage and make it make sense. It really helped calm my frustrations during my own court battle, as I could see where his behaviour was coming from.

She starts right from when they met, during their marriage and then the divorce. It means you can see the divorce in perspective.
