When gray rock works

OMG, it's hard at first! Opting out of the NPD drama is worth it, just to watch her dancing around like a clown when it doesn't work. Like in Labyrinth, Sarah has the lightbulb moment and says, "You have no power over me!"

The memory of the red face and sputtering and repeating herself to a gray rock is enough to make it easier after that. I answered the question. Twice. I can't make the moon turn to cheese. Please go tattle that I'm doing my job! And anyone looking on sees that I wasn't rude or whatever she accuses and her behavior was uncalled for.

Come at me again! I need the practice...

Congrats on your success!  The toolbox is an amazing protective friend.  I chuckled at your last line but it is also so true.  It gets easier every time because of practice and confidence in its repeated success.  Great job!

Proverbs 17:1
A meal of bread and water in contented peace is better than a banquet spiced with quarrels.

2 Timothy 1:7
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
