I'm so sorry this went down the way it did but I am so glad you are taking steps to heal and working with a T. Journaling is a really great tool as others have mentioned.

I am very Sorry for your loss, MB!

George A Benanno has done some scientific work on grief and I remember an article about his work that said grief has two faces - sadness and laughter. So whatever anyone mutters about what is normal and what is not, you and your feelings are just normal.

I actually remembered Benannos work when laughing about your side note with the bidet  :worship:

The bereaved are far more resilient than anyone would ever have imagined. So are you.
