This is a very cool place & I'm thankful to be here - I have been reading a lot of posted material on the forum over the last two days. The topics may be heavy, but the positivity & support of the people posting here is so awesome. For me, I have been NC (continuous, 100%) for 5 years with NPD father and now I am moving towards VLC with NPD mother (they divorced many years ago). I kept a journal through it all - my goal is to continue to heal & to change the family tree for future generations. It's good to know you all are here - we don't have to deal with our individual situations on our own.
