Books for Adult Children of Narcissists?

Has anyone read the book "Healing the adult children of narcissists," and if so, what did you think of it?  Any other similar book recommendations for adult children of narcissists, who have become absolute PD magnets?  I'd love to unlearn the patterns from my family that I'm probably re-creating, but as my uNPDf passed when I was young, it's hard for me to remember clearly what they were, and I'd like some help recognizing them.  Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
