Pia Mellody Youtube video Codependence Part ! and Part 2

I'm reading Pia's book FACING CODEPENDENCE, How it shows up, Where it comes from, How it sabotages Our Lives.

I expect her work book, supporting the above book, any day in the mail.

In the meantime, I listen to her Youtube videos when I'm cooking, cleaning, working in the yard, etc.

I'm also enjoying Thich Nhat Hanh's books, and Youtube talks on being present in the moment, breathing, and meditations.  I used to be triggered by the simple word "meditation," but that's changing bc my T found a way to explain, and guide me past my history of frustration with it.
