Trauma bond....

The pull of trauma bond is legit, and she's a real b&tch. She is like the water that can seep into a jar that is packed with rocks and pebbles of logic. She finds empathy like a heat seeking middle and attaches herself and your emotions end up like a fish entangled in a net. She is the thief who steals your favorite things little by little so you don't notice, and because she had a key to your house and you forgot that you gave it to her.

She can't hide forever. I see her now when she appears and I'm going to find whatever I need to have my jar filled by myself, have a no fly zone surrounding me and change my locks!

Has anyone else been able to "see her" in your relationship?
