Hi everyone!  I highly recommend Amee Quiriconi's podcast One Broken Mom for the wealth of information about wellness, healing from trauma, self-improvement and parenting.  I think many of you will binge listen as I have been doing.
The first two episodes I listened to are interviews with Dr. Lindsay Gibson, author of Children of Emotionally Immature Parents. (It's easier to search for specific episodes when you subscribe to the podcast via app of your choice.)

If you're considering NC, there are two excellent episodes with Dr. Elizabeth Cohen.  Here is Dr. Cohen's holiday edition episode:

There is a series of episodes about the different roles assigned to members of a toxic family, like hero, golden child, scapegoat, and an exploration of the narcissistic mom, and much more!

The interview with Dr. Gibson also led me to Dr. Gibson's articles in Tidewater Women magazine, which you may find helpful.  Here is her latest about setting boundaries:

I hope you find these resources as helpful as I have.  I'm so grateful to Amee for starting the podcast.  I recommend giving Dr. Cohen's holiday toxic family episode a listen.  I think it will help you get through any difficulties arising from holiday stress.  Happy listening and all my best to you this holiday season!
