A helpful youtube documentary about BPD.

It covers the progression into the full blown condition, reasons for its existence, symptoms,  effects upon those around people with BPD and treatment.

But..  TRIGGER WARNING!!!!

There are interviews with people who have been diagnosed and they detail suicide ideation and attempts, and self harm.

I strongly advise not to watch these parts to anyone who may be triggered.

It's a compassionate and positive look at BPD and those who suffer from it.
