Hi there - I want to add this excellent podcast as a resource for those of us who find ourselves facing manipulative behaviors and tactics in our relationships and who struggle recognizing those tactics, rightly gauging when/if to respond, and then knowing how to respond in healthy and self aware ways.

Also found this podcast helpful when facing difficult conversations, toxic workplace stuff, and more.

Difficult Happens with Lara Currie

Particularly helpful for me is the series on manipulative tactics which is Podcast 73 through 78.
