Coming to terms with the word 'abuse'

On books: I was "thumbing" through the books post, and "Disarming the Narcissist" was definitely one that had phrases and scenarios in it. Two of them did. I used them for a base to make up my own similar ones.
Maybe I need to hit the library. All my skills seem to have flown out the window.
