This is something I endured and I had no idea it was a form of abuse until I joined these forums and saw others post about it.

I always knew deep down that what my exH was doing was abuse, it is validating and healing to me now to see this in black & white. 

I am sorry you have endured this too. 



There is a reason that sleep deprivation is used on prisoners as a form of control and punishment...it works.
