Twelve and a Half by Gary Vaynerchuk - written for covert narcs

My work recommended this book on blinkist a while back, and I finally got around to listening to it. (Blinkist gives an abridged version of the book).

As I was listening to it, I couldn't help but think that it was geared almost perfectly to covert narcissists (and other types too). The way the author frames gratitude, the focus on humility, the accountability...it was almost alarming (and slightly worrying that it was recommended to us...I find my colleagues to be incredibly generous, humble, accountable, and kind, while still being tenacious and honest). Aaaaanyway, I thought I'd post it here in case anyone wanted to recommend it to someone they knew as a "way to deal with the problems they're having at work" or something Seriously, you never know what might strike a chord, though I won't hold my breath
