Unable to update profile info

Everytime I try to update the profile info(signature,profile pic,etc) in mobile device it crashes. It gives me an error message saying session has expired and advising to log off and log back in then try again. Despite doing so,it still does not work.

How do I fix the issue?

You may want to start with clearing your cache and restarting your mobile. I've also done a hard reboot [process varies depending on the model] and that clears up most random bugs.

I tried that on mobile, and it didn't work.
Tried changing it on desktop, did not work either.
I never save my history when using my browser...But went ahead and cleared cache/history etc still no go.
It lets me delete my profile but it will not allow me to upload one anymore.

Have you tried a different browser?
