I came across this book in a youtube video and the video was very helpful for understanding my family system and the issues I've brought with me to adulthood.

The video used the word "cycle breaker". This is absolutely who I am and what I'm doing. I'm proud to say that I'm doing this work, really moving forward, and I will not take these issues forward into another generation.
