Eckhart Tolle

Just want to make a general recommendation for any of Eckhart Tolle's work, especially on the pain body and ego.

I see that my PD has an enormous pain body and ego, and that that seems to drive her.
Gives me more understanding of her way of being.

Eckhart has lots and lots of free content on You Tube.
