Is anyone watching this series with Oprah - on Apple TV?

Just watched it. In tears. So moving. Not exactly about PD but is about trauma, and as most of us here are healing from trauma, you might find it moving, helpful, yes painful, but good pain, because finally we are reaching a more mass understanding of how trauma effects our minds and bodies.
