Hi everyone, I am Ava. Just escaped an abusive marriage of almost 20 years. We have 2 teens and now I'm crawling Out of the FOG, trying to heal myself from decades of narcissistic abuse (it started with my mom). It has been tough on the three of us but we are enduring. It is great to be here. I just started reading the book today. Thank you for this forum.
