Thanks for posting.  My uPDw has the traits of both BPD and NPD and its always nice to review these types of videos to continue the validation that we are indeed on the correct path of awareness and self protection.

Even though I've moved on, and have a sweet, caring new girlfriend, nearly 2 years after the toxic relationship ended, I still like to watch a few videos from time to time.

As you say, for validation and proof that we weren't going mad.
I think that no matter how much we know and understand what it was, out brain still tries to sugar-coat it sometimes, and these videos help to keep our memories clear, even if they can be painful.
