I just realized something..... theres no way they can legally use the interview.... My daughter was ruled incompetent by the court. She didnt even know why she was there she walked up to the judge and had a 20 minute convo about her baby yoda i had bought her. So finally after 2 and a half months the judge threw everything out and sent her home. That was in My exes county week before that, the very next day the caseworker filed over here.

Well I found out who referred it over here, the very same caseworker that told the caseworker over here they're wasn't any open investigations over there. The one only caseworker who said there was after a month of being told by everyone else including the GAL there wasnt. So I just dont know. It feels like they are pissed that things didn't go their way so they are going after whoever they can to vindicate themselves.

I was reading the paperwork again, and it dawned on me, the exposure and porn charges are charges she accused her brother of back in January one of the reason CPS was called, shortly after she changed it to me then recanted it completely now its back to me and everyone here. Makes me wonder.

The restraint technique my daughter allegedly describes me as using is the technique that her brother word for described that they use, now I used a similar technique on my youngest i will describe it in a second. I usually employ the "bearhug" or more crudely "straightjacket" technique wrap theirs arms around them with your arms and lace a leg around their legs, sit there as long as needed til they wear themselves and you out. My youngest I have used "the rack" or "spread eagle" method. I dont care for it I feel it is very impersonal and cold plus the child if not held right can bang their head on the floor, but it works if needed. One person holds the childs wrists down another holds the ankles. Now that was as far as I go holding arms and legs, with head restrained between my knees or thighs,  but it was stated to me she has someone put pillows on them and lay on their chest. Which is exactly what my daughter describes in her accusation.

My attorney is making me hand it over to the attorney they assigned, he was supposed to call me when he got back from lunch but never did. So I just dont know ya'll.

*sighs I dont know how much longer I can keep fighting Im pretty sure the attorney I hired thinks we are guilty, and I cant even get ahold of the attorney assigned to me. Im just so lost Ive never been through anything like this. Why would my daughter say such things about us I just don’t understand whats going on and nobody will talk to me I just get looks like they know something I dont. And her smug as smirks of getting everything she wants. Her getting her validation yet again. Its like no matter what I have to prove my side its yeah i see I understand but we are running with it anyway. I want to know why that one caseworker hates me so much. Im about to just give up I dont think I can win I dont think Im supposed to win, and she wont be happy til im dead and everyone in my family is either dead or in jail and the justice system is gonna help her do it.

GT, I am so sorry you are in this dark place right now.

You're in a terrible situation and it's not fair at all.

I wish I could offer something more than "keep going." But here it is: your lids love you, it's obvious even from way over here. Whatever they have said, you know they are struggling really hard themselves and trying to keep their heads above water. Your ex and her husband are monsters, honestly. Your kids need you to keep going.

Is the hearing still Friday? Do you need any help putting together a written statement? The crux of this is showing that there are documented complaints against your ex and her husband, that were then deflected on to you with lies to cover up their actions. And your tone must be totally factual.

I put it on my babygirls playlist she listens to it at bedtime cause she says she knows its my fave song, ya know its cute she knows her songs by album cover, if she sees a cover she doesn't immediately recognize she'll play the song , she'll nod with it for a minute them remember it from then on. Ive talked til im blue in the face but will keep on keeping on I guess

That's great. Music is really important. Feels good to share with our kids. And provides comfort and sometimes clarity when we need it.
