Hi.  I'm from the St. Louis, MO area and I'm trying to find in person, real life support (therapist/counselor) for myself while I am trying to support my daughter with BPD.  I have been searching for this for a while and I'm pretty shocked at how hard it is to find help for my own self while I am helping her. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Welcome, Peachlift.  I applaud your effort to get therapy for yourself.  If your daughter is receiving help, is it possible to ask that professional who and what they recommend for you?

Meanwhile, it's helpful to check out the toolbox here to see the kinds of changes others have found helpful in dealing with pwPDs in their lives.  I wish you luck!
