Hello to all here!

Some good news.  And then some news that I don't know how to take yet.

Good news is that it's official!  I am now single once again.   And expd went back to her maiden name

More good news, the court accepted the agreement and so I can go forward with the refinancing of the residence (because she is soooooo deserving of some of the equity)  without her being in the middle of everything.  that means she doesn't have to sign anything, she doesn't need to have financial disclosure or any of that.

Now for the news that I don't know how to take:

The court has issued a continuance on the matter of attorneys fees (expd wants me to pay for hers but she never once responded to any overtures of settlement) and for determining alimony.

However this is a holiday weekend here in the US and I fully intend to enjoy myself.
