I have over the last year slowly discovered that I have a narcissistic mother aged 84.
This seems like a good place to learn more.

Yes this is a good place to learn about PD and the Tools to deal with it. You will find a lot of support on the boards as well as get insight from others. I'm sorry you need us but glad you found us.

Adding a warm welcome to you. It is a quite a challenge to deal with the disordered behaviors of a 84 year old parent. You will find great help and strategies in the personality disorders (PD) and toolbox dropdown menus above and in the conversations taking place on the boards.

A great board to start you off would be Dealing with PD Elderly Family Members.
