I think she has definitely been using my fear of psych wards against me, which is wrong on so many levels.

At my new job today they asked for an emergency contact and I put a good friend from college.

Oh yeah, it's all about getting people to take their side. She has to look like the the good one in every situation, or the victim, and now she's trying to use the fact that I have PTSD to her advantage. She also pretends to be Supermom.

Thankfully I'm starting to get more support where I live in the community. This stuff is nightmarish.

Luckily, it's very difficult to get someone into one. A friend of mine had a legitimately dangerous schizophrenic relative who even had to have her kids taken away because of her behavior. Still didn't end up in a psych ward and she actually needed it.

If psych wards operated off of phone calls from PD parents, none of us would be posting here.

Don't worry. It literally can't happen.
