Is he being  sloppy and calling outfor help..... or has he devalued so much that he does not care if you know?

Perhaps he wants out and is showing you his truth loud and clear. 

Quite often people show us the truth and it's up to us to see and believe.

Seems to me alot is in your court.  Do you want to live with these risks of infidelity. Do you want to live with mitigating the risks?   

You get to decide if this relationship still works for you regardless of who his parents are.  It's about you and him and his actions and choices and if they work for you or not.
