Thank you, SparkStillLit. I just could not mentally handle it on that day. I rescheduled my appointment, and will keep it. I've been keeping up with my heart meds. I've lost 70-ish pounds in the last year, so that actually helps. I agree it is important. I will keep my rescheduled appointment. I can be a very stubborn person, and I lose track of self-care, but I'm finally learning to listen to others. Thank you so much for looking out for me.
