Why you chose and were chosen

I've thought of another reason for him choosing me.

I had bought and was living in my own home when uNPD exH and I got together.  He was living with his parents.

He was as much in unnecessary debt as I was with my only debt of a mortgage.

I think he's a combination of lazy, financially undisciplined and fearful of doing hard and complicated things like buying his own home.

So he hitched a ride onto my house title.

He did the same thing 13 years later when he moved in with his girlfriend/now uNPD wife.  She was living in her apartment.  The difference between her and me financially is that she earns about 5 times more than me.
