I found this book on google after searching for uncontrolled talionic impulse. I saw the use of the term in a thread about NC located at this site. Exploring I stumbled upon-

I am finding this to be a worthy piece and chillingly a necessity in order to walk in the other's moccasins for a spell and/or face any similar flea traits within my choice of actions as well.

I am in awe (so far) as to the spiritual conclusions for healing, her addressing family of origin wounds and the take on her inner child. There is much to be said for the author's depth and courage through introspection.

Her buzz phrase that elicited all my empathy- The Legacy of Abandonment in BDP.
Hugs to her... :bighug: from my own path of understanding.
