... the book carries a lot of case studies that are worth pondering about. What I really liked was the concept of the author to present personality traits and the "darker version" of these traits.

This will help women who feel that something is wrong to distinguish whether they are investing in a lost case and should "run for the hills" or if their relationship has some sense. So you can decide for yourself if you have a fun-loving risk taker or a full-blown antisocial on your hands.

The author also shows how to set boundaries and limits for each problematic "type". This is good advice, I wish I had know this earlier (although, coming to think of it, I should have just run for the hills, so nevermind ...

I also really love that this book has a large section on how to improve your choice in men and how to recover.
