A valuable reminder that inner attacks can be just as damning as attacks from others, this is a book I picked up and put down over a period of about 6 months. It's a roadmap based off the Diamond Heart books (which I wasn't familiar with beforehand), with the goal of disengaging from the inner judge. The inner judge misguidedly tries to protect, by drawing upon unconscious early memories, and is experienced as an inner attack, i.e. "you should have known better" (a big one for me).

This is a very constructive resource that gave me some key tools related to getting in touch with myself, which is often needed after years of PD-related abuse.
