Kris Godinez - Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome
« on: April 22, 2019, 08:35:13 AM »
Kris Godinez is an author and counsellor who specialises in Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and how targets of abuse can cope better.

She gives regular live talks most Sundays on her YouTube channel called "We Need To Talk with Kris Godinez". Her talks are archived on her YouTube and Facebook sites.

I have found her very helpful and insightful.

I love Kris Godinez, especially when you need a little righteous anger. I also really enjoy Richard Grannon and his humor, and Les Carter and his soothing, folksy style. They are all very different but validating in their own ways.

Thanks guitarman for pointing us to Kris Godinez.  I found her on You Tube discussing NPD and she is hilarious if you are ok with a little bit of language and irreverent humor.  I find her to be refreshing and funny.

Agreed. Kris G, Richard G and Les C are all so helpful. The righteous anger point about Kris G is spot on, she’s so validating especially for those of us who were not allowed under any circumstances to express our anger.
