I found the Permission to Exist channel on YouTube with lots of understanding and practical advice on dealing with narcissists.  This advice ranges from strategies on specific things to say to how to heal emotionally.

There is a Kindle ebook "Surviving Narcissists in the Workplace" I've started to read that I've started to read that seems applicable to day to day struggles with lots of advice I can start to use right away, such as keeping good written records.
