Thanks for sharing these, Adria. They are very helpful. Jerry Wise certainly lives up to his name.

I love his suggested responses to those people who feel the need to question why we'd go no contact: 'I did the Math.' 'It was the choice I had to make.' These are great to add to our scripts when accosted by flying monkeys.
