Lies being suffocated with more Lies

I came across this in an article about NPDs and lying the other day and the image of a bunch of lies literally being suffocated with more lies, being buried under more lies hit home with me. I found it so perfect to describe what I had witnessed with F. F always had an "excuse", an "explanation" if caught out in a lie. The new lies multiplied faster than I could keep track of them, which I guess was the point, as I lost overview, it left my head spinning. I had to dig out from under the lies and try to reestablish what reality was by the end of such conversations.

I thought I share in the hope it helps somebody who is dealing with a PD, who uses lies.

Oh yeah, the lies are a a hallmark IMO. Both my possibly N/BPD F and UnPDxh are like this. When caught in a lie, they spin their lie-webs so fast spiders would be jealous!!  They also thought they were SO clever (spoiler: they never were).
