So... I watched three episodes of the show Modern Love last night and feel like mentioning the third episode and see if anyone else watched it?

It's with Anne Hathaway playing a woman who has Bipolar. I found myself crying after I watched it. It moved me so much. I am not sure if it was truly accurate but i think what hit me was the co-worker who wants to know what's up because she cares about Anne's character, and how the Lexi (the character with bipolar explains how it is to be down so many days and how unreliable it has made her and how this has affected her life.

I don't have bipolar but my CPTSD symptoms have affected how I am perceived by people. Because I have bad days and I let people down sometimes. This episode really spoke to that and highlighted the shame I have felt, not knowing how to explain my need to reboot and have downtime more than other people.

still a sureness in you, where there's a seamlessness in you, and where
there is a confidence and tranquility." John O'Donohue

Thank you for mentioning this show.  I will plan to take a look and comment.  I like to use shows as a part of my healing.  It's so validating to see other similar experiences.  Homeland deals w/bi-polar and UnReal deals w/Narcissm & enabling plus have the Narcissist is mother who is also a psychiatrist...
