Helping abuse victims

Years ago, I read a really insightful book about helping victims of ongoing abuse.

I'm sure I came across the title here on Out of the FOG.

I have a vague recollection that the title had a colour in it, or maybe a butterfly.

Sorry for my vagueness, but does anyone have a clue as to its title?

I have a friend who is in an abusive marriage, who in turn is trying to help another friend in a similar situation.

I'd like to read the book again to help both of them.
