Autism & a BPD ex

Last year we had a parental responsibility evaluation in which the court appointed psychologist found that my ex is attempting to alienate both our young kids from me.  He used language that said the kids have not yet been alienated from me.  The shrink also diagnosed my ex and our son with an unhealthy enmeshed relationship. Unfortunately despite what my lawyer called one of the strongest PRE reports she had ever seen, the judge decided that what my ex is doing is not harmful to our kids.  She was blunt and said that this judge has a history of ruling against men.

I should add that the PRE occurred because my ex accused me of sexually abusing both our then 3 & 4 year old's in order to stop me from going to our S4's preschool graduation, along with a half a dozen false reports of child abuse in 4 years at that point.

Now I'm all but certain that our now S6 has autism and I've been trying to get him diagnosed but joint decision making allows my ex to drag her feet.

What I'm wondering is if there have been any studies or if anyone has experience with younger kids who have autism, I'd call it the old Asperger's on the spectrum.  The PRE testified that most kids are alienated between the ages of 10 to 12 though newer research points to alienation working as young as 8.  Does the autism in general make a kid more or less likely to be alienated at a younger age?  Does anyone know of any published peer reviewed research on this topic, I tried Google Scholar and didn't find anything.

My youngest is on the spectrum but not aspergers. She is quite black and white in her thinking. She decided at age 12 to go nc with her bpdf.  We had been separated at that time for 6 years.

I had been pushing my daughters to phone their father regularly because he very rarely had anything to do with them.

Youngest announced she did not want to talk to him anymore because he was mean to her sister (very true) and mean to her. (He ignored her).

I didnt think that would fly so tried to push her into phone calls. She responded with a screaming meltdown. After a couple of those I decided it was less trouble for her to go nc.

My opinion? The girls knew he was a lousy father.  Oldest stayed in the fog sort of until age 24, youngest stayed with her 12 year o,d decision.  Ex has been out of our lives for 11 years or so. Girls are in their 30s. Its not been problem free but I think youngest with asd has done better emotionally

I do think that very low contact during their growing up had a lot to do with that.
