I just bought this book so not very far in it. It's a self-healing book by a clinical psychologist (who gained popularity through her Instagram). Has anyone dived into this yet or is familiar with her work? Her fans claim its revolutionary and has helped them heal, but shes also been under scrutiny as having a cult following. Curious to know others experience.

I recently finished the book and found it super helpful. I have also heard criticism about various "other" things of hers and I understand they may or may not be valid. I do not feel compelled to "follow" her or do not see her as a role model per se, but a lot of what she shares is quite useful. I would recommend the book to anyone starting the journey of self-discovery as the book is well-balanced in that it doesn't focus too much on the villains (other ppl in your life who hurt you) but rather helps you understand the way you were affected by those relationships and what you can do for yourself to create a new path.
