Healing the trauma bond

Heya.

Not sure if this is the right place, but is there any resource out there (book, video..) that deals with healing the addiction to the abuser (the trauma bond)? Someone online just asked me this today, and it made me think of resources to send to her.
I'm not referring to psychotherapy for NPD abuse (I'm sure it helps) but other ways we can heal besides therapy (without spending so much $).
Any links or titles would help.

Patrick Carnes does good work in this area. His book The Betrayal Bond: Breaking Free of Exploitive Relationships may be a good start.
