I like this article because she describes emotional maturity and emotional intelligence. The example she gives of someone reacting immaturely reminds me of so many people.

If they are disrespectful and someone says you're being disrespectful they get all upset! Ugh.

I think as we get Out of the FOG we seek out people who are more emotionally mature.
