Going out tomorrow night

This will be my first fun after hours work event since before COVID.
Arranged to wfh tomorrow so that Updh will have me around and I can make sure he has dinner etc before I go out
My going out without him is often triggering for him.
He's already expressed concern, wanting me to come home as early as possible etc. Tried to get me to guarantee a specific return time which I refused to promise but gave an estimate...

I hope you put H's certain uncomfortable-ness at the back of your mind and don't  think about it at all!
And make sure you tell him you'll be home later than you think, so you get back 'early'
