Checking in after a decade

Hey guys,

Its been so long I had to register again and was able to choose my original (misspelled lol) username

Wanted to say I've been learning from this place and the original members since 2008 and its been a ride.  I hope everyone is well.  Over the years, lessons I have learned in here have radiated outward into my friends, family, and communities lives.  Everything you guys do in here is appreciated.  You save lives. 

I sent the toolbox to several new people last night after a thread on reddit started a lot of uncomfortable conversations. 

You guys are amazing.  Have a great day.  And welcome to the newbies.  Soak it all in, there is wisdom in spades in here.

we love it when folks come back and check in and can hear about how those baby steps away from uPD and enmeshed thinking turn into growth, prosperity and a present/ future filled with hope not fear.
