Introducing myself

Hello all,
I'm not new to this topic, but I am convinced that if I ask for help when I need it, I will get it.   I have family members who fit BPD and NPD profiles but without a formal diagnosis by a licensed and trained physician...I fear being a smug armchair pseudo diagnostician.   Still, I have been working with the same therapist almost a decade, and that trained professional is adamant: they are manipulative, lack boundaries and have little regard for me as a person.   I'm seeking support and I am glad this forum is here.
