Hello,
I looked at this forum five years ago and am so relieved to finally join.  I was too afraid of him accessing my account when we lived together.
My marriage to my Narcissist husband finally got to the point where I had no choice but to leave.  He was getting worse.  Bigger explosions, more frequent, that would be leave me emotionally exhausted and bedridden for days.  He used sexual coercion to keep the peace in the house.  But the biggest part is he started raging at our teenagers and my younger teen was becoming one of his scapegoats.
I was always hoping to it would get better.  That he'd start achieving his dreams and would stop blaming me.  I knew he would never go to therapy.   I was trying to get stronger and healthier to take on the transition and be able to financially support my kids.
In the end, my children confronted me and told me I needed to make changes for them and myself.  I had to file a restraining order and leave without a job or even much of a plan.
Now I am trying to navigate the divorce.  The good part is I have been no contact besides email for almost a month, which has saved my sanity.
I am so thankful for that this community exists.

Welcome! You have found a good place! Congratulations that you managed to get out. Have you started to read the Toolbox? You might find some useful information there.
Just a little reminder - make sure you protect yourself from being found by anybody you don't want to be found by, especially while you are separating/divorcing - remain anonymous!
See you around on the boards!
I can't hate my way into loving myself.
