So hello, I'm Bulletproof by name but not by nature, but I am getting there. I was advised to look at this forum by my IC and I thought I'd sign up to have somewhere to talk to others going through similar things as I.

I had a very in-depth session about my dad and UPD, which was not something I had thought about so I still have a lot of thoughts going through my head.

I don't quite know what to say here, so I'll keep it brief and contribute elsewhere I think!

For those confused about the title - it's an automatic suggestion my computer decided to give. I thought I would keep it in for a laugh! Obviously it's something I googled or something in the past!
